Specialised Lending
If you've got current issues or you've had issues in the past, getting a mortgage or remortgage may seem impossible. Sometimes it's not always possible to do exactly what you'd like to do but that doesn't mean all hope is lost. There are lenders outside of the mainstream that can assist. You may be a Mortgage Prisoner, perhaps you've had Defaults, CCJ's, a Discharged Bankruptcy, IVA, or Debt Management Plans. Whatever your circumstances we know at times your situation may feel desperate and there is no end in sight, but we may still be able to assist.
